• Provide customer on-site installation and after sales technical support
  • Interface with customers and address all their technical needs, providing timely and solid technical advice
  • Interface with internal design and engineering team to address customer design requirements
  • Lead internal “Voice of Customers” cross functional team meetings
  • Conduct final buyoff of products and services before customer shipment
  • Benchmarking industry’s best practices for semiconductor testing and provide feedback to internal Engineering Council to design & develop solutions for the future
